Senior Vice President of Information Technology Greater Columbus, OH Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Information Technology to lead its enterprise technology function and align IT strategy with organizational priorities. The role oversees infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, and technology operations, while improving reliability, delivery discipline, governance, and business partnership. Responsibilities include advancing pragmatic modernization and enterprise data initiatives, managing technology risks and continuity, and overseeing budgets and vendor relationships. The leader will also develop a high-performing IT organization, establish clear priorities and accountability, and communicate technology tradeoffs and outcomes across the organization. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field, along with at least 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including five years in a senior executive role. They should bring broad technical leadership across infrastructure, enterprise applications, software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data, digital platforms, and enterprise architecture. Experience developing business-aligned IT strategies, managing complex budgets and vendor ecosystems, simplifying applications and integrations, and leading diverse teams is required. Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential; a relevant master’s degree and experience with enterprise transformation or regulated environments are preferred.
