Vice President of Logistics

The Company is seeking a VP of Logistics to join their Global Supply Chain Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an enterprise-wide logistics strategy that encompasses transportation, warehousing, distribution, trade compliance, and customer fulfillment operations. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of products across the global supply chain, with a focus on supporting business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The VP of Logistics will also be tasked with optimizing the global logistics network, building organizational capabilities, and driving continuous improvement through data, technology, and strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities for the VP of Logistics include strategic leadership in designing and optimizing global logistics networks, driving long-term capabilities to support market expansion and product launches, and serving as a trusted advisor on logistics strategy and performance. The role also involves business partnership and stakeholder management, overseeing global transportation and distribution operations, leading warehouse and fulfillment strategies, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 15 years' of leadership experience in logistics, and a strong background in global logistics operations. Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, life sciences, healthcare, or advanced manufacturing is preferred, and an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
