Greater Dallas, TX Area (Hybrid - Headquarter location)
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to take on a pivotal role in owning and evolving the brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that encompasses brand and communications, media and acquisition, CRM and retention, and digital product. This integrated marketing leadership position demands a strategic thinker who can ensure that the brand's value proposition is effectively communicated and delivered to customers. The role involves shaping the brand's narrative, leading full-funnel media strategy, and optimizing the digital customer journey. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with driving commercial growth, connecting the entire customer journey, and building a high-performing marketing organization. Candidates for the VP of Marketing role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, with a strong background in brand, performance, and CRM functions. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, creative, analytical, and collaborative, with a proven track record of influencing commercial growth and customer acquisition. Experience in high-consideration consumer categories, particularly in travel or hospitality, is highly relevant. The role requires a hands-on, influential leader who can work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA preferred, and the candidate should be prepared to work from the company's headquarters in Dallas, TX, 4+ days per week.
