The Company is in search of a Vice President of Technology to lead its dynamic infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be a transformational leader, ensuring the stability, security, scalability, and performance of enterprise systems and networks. This role is pivotal in partnering with leaders from engineering, software development, operations, and security to deliver reliable technology solutions that support the organization's growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities include driving infrastructure strategies, serving as a subject matter expert on upgrades and performance, managing business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives, and establishing security standards across various environments. The VP of Technology will also be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise information systems, as well as overseeing the management of core network technologies. Applicants for the Vice President of Technology position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and advanced certifications such as ITIL or public cloud certifications. A minimum of 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure and data center management, along with at least 5 years in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects, developing disaster recovery and business continuity strategies, and managing infrastructure budgets and vendor relationships. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The role demands an individual with in-depth knowledge of system and network engineering and the ability to manage a demanding workload to meet deadlines.
