The Company is seeking a Vice President for Client Implementation with a focus on Private Debt within the Transaction Banking Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a differentiated client experience throughout the implementation journey, providing subject matter expertise on transaction banking products and services, and advising clients on solutions for their treasury requirements. This role requires the ability to unblock implementation challenges, build and manage detailed project plans, and ensure a seamless transition for the client from pre-go-live to business-as-usual mode. The Vice President will also be expected to bring thought leadership to implementation processes, including the identification of opportunities to streamline and automate, and to train and develop junior talent across the global team. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree, with at least 8 years of banking industry experience, and a minimum of 6 years in a client-facing role. Established expertise in transaction banking client implementation, deep knowledge of banking products and services, and a working knowledge of ERP and TMS systems are essential. The role demands solid project management skills, a process-oriented mindset, strong communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independently owning high-complexity implementations, a commercial awareness that allows for the right-sizing of implementation approaches, and a curiosity for emerging AI and automation tooling. A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is preferred.
