The Company is in search of a Vice President - Reinsurance Actuary to join their Actuarial Analytics team. This role is pivotal in providing high-impact reinsurance and portfolio decisions, with a focus on supporting clients across the IMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with reinsurance brokers, performing technical assessments of general insurance portfolios, and developing analytical outputs to inform reinsurance strategy and regional growth. A key aspect of the role is the ability to translate technical analysis into commercially relevant insights and to work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver market-facing narratives. Applicants for this role at The Company should be qualified or near-qualified actuaries with a strong technical understanding of actuarial principles, portfolio analytics, and reinsurance structures. The position requires a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience and a background in a quantitative discipline such as actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or data science. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independent analytical assessment, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as R, Python, SQL, Alteryx, or Power BI is a plus.
