The Company is seeking an AVP for Production Support in Liquidity and Regulatory Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening the FSO, Production Support, with a focus on creating an environment of minimal surprises, enhanced employee awareness, and strict monitoring of application performance. This role requires a proactive approach to incident and query management, as well as a strong understanding of the Liquidity and Regulatory Reporting framework. The AVP will be accountable for establishing and building user confidence in robust production environments, partnering with the IT and Change team, and driving the governance of all issues encountered during production runs. Applicants must have a background in finance functions, particularly in the areas of Liquidity and Regulatory reporting, and a deep understanding of associated systems. The role demands expertise in incident management, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing production support for critical applications, exposure to change and automation projects, and a solid technical skill set including visualization and automation tools. A proactive, self-driven individual with the ability to work effectively in large teams across multiple locations, and a proven track record of influencing business outcomes, is essential.
