The Company is in search of a Controllership Transformation Vice President (VP) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the design, optimization, and transformation of end-to-end finance processes, with a strong focus on controls, process efficiency, and operational excellence. This role requires the VP to assess current state finance operations, identify process inefficiencies, and design future state operating models that enhance effectiveness, scalability, and controls. The VP will also be involved in advising clients on process design, technology-enabled solution implementation, and scalable finance processes to improve operational effectiveness. Applicants for the Controllership Transformation VP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree or professional certification preferred. A minimum of 6 years' of relevant consulting experience in finance transformation, controllership, and financial reporting is required, along with a deep understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting.
