The Company is seeking a Vice President of Capital Markets to spearhead the capital formation strategy and oversee the origination and execution of various financing structures. This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent and high-quality execution of all financings, including tax equity, preferred equity, and debt facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day origination of project finance facilities, negotiating legal and operative transaction documents, and managing a team to drive continuous improvement in capital markets processes. Collaboration with finance leadership and the executive team is essential to integrate capital markets insights into the broader financing strategy. Applicants for the Vice President of Capital Markets position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in project finance, capital markets, corporate finance, or a related field. A proven track record in structuring and leading complex financings, particularly in the renewable energy sector, is required. The role demands a strong external presence with capital providers, banks, and investors, as well as the ability to mentor and develop team members. The ideal candidate will be a systems-level thinker, with excellent judgment, discretion, and executive communication skills. Familiarity with ERP systems, financial reporting platforms, and experience in executive-level relationship management are preferred.
