This key leadership role requires a candidate who is adept at both people and organizational leadership, capable of shepherding staff, building cohesive teams, and fostering an environment where ministries can thrive. A minimum of 10 years' senior leadership experience in a church, nonprofit, or organizational setting is essential, with a proven track record in staff leadership, team building, and strategic execution.
