Vice President of Global Finance, Operations & Supply Chain

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Finance for Operations and Supply Chain. This executive will be a pivotal leader in the organization, responsible for driving finance transformation across global operations. The role involves partnering with the Chief Operating Officer and executive leadership on strategic plans to support growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will lead the global financial strategy, oversee all budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to the operations and supply chain, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports. Additionally, the VP will be in charge of financial audits, compliance, and will play a key role in enhancing on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency across the global supply chain. Applicants for the Vice President of Global Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, with an MBA and/or CPA/CMA highly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in FP&A, manufacturing finance, and related roles, with at least 3 years in a senior financial leadership position leading a global team, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with various departments, developing and implementing operational improvements, and experience in a global publicly traded organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, business intelligence systems, and large ERP systems is essential, with SAP and HFM experience being highly preferred. Strong communication skills, a business-minded approach, and a team player mentality are also key attributes for this role.
