The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its banking division. This executive leadership role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction, driving sustainable growth, and leading the long-term success of the institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the bank, ensuring the delivery of strategic objectives, and maintaining the highest standards of governance, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Key responsibilities include driving the bank's strategic vision, leading profitability, business growth, and operational performance, as well as identifying and developing new commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships. The role also involves managing and developing teams, providing leadership and coaching, and working closely with the Board, regulators, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be a proven leader in the banking or financial services sector, with a recognized UK professional banking qualification and previous approval under the UK's Senior Managers & Certification Regime or equivalent. Extensive leadership experience, strong knowledge of UK and Isle of Man banking markets, and a deep understanding of regulatory expectations are essential. The role requires the ability to lead high-performing teams, drive commercial growth, and influence at the Board level. The candidate must be eligible to work and live on the Isle of Man or be prepared to relocate.
