Head of Internal Audit

The Company is seeking a Head of Internal Audit to lead and develop its audit function across a multi-country, multi-location business. Responsibilities include creating and delivering annual audit plans covering financial, operational, compliance, risk, and IT audits; assessing collections, revenue assurance, site operations, and financial controls; and coordinating technology audits with external specialists when needed. The role also involves investigating suspected fraud or misconduct, presenting findings and practical recommendations to senior leadership, and following up on corrective actions. The successful candidate will work across departments to strengthen risk management, support external audit readiness, and keep audit practices aligned with relevant industry and regulatory developments. Candidates should have at least 10 years of audit experience, including five years leading teams, ideally in a multi-location business. A CIA certification or a relevant professional accounting qualification, such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA, is required. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, along with strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the confidence to challenge senior leaders constructively. Experience in sectors such as logistics or facility management would be advantageous.
