The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel - International to provide legal, compliance, and risk management support for its global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of legal issues, including commercial contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and data privacy for non-U.S. clients and prospects. This role is pivotal in assisting the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel with the company's international growth strategy and requires a deep understanding of cross-border commercial matters, particularly in the areas of regulatory and data privacy regimes. The Associate General Counsel will also be involved in coordinating legal matters with outside counsel in non-U.S. jurisdictions, monitoring international legal and regulatory changes, and ensuring contractual and corporate governance compliance across international entities. Applicants must have an LLB, JD, or equivalent with a strong academic background and a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification legal experience, ideally in international or cross-border transactional law. The role demands the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and provide creative solutions in a global, deadline-driven environment. Fluency in French is required, and experience in international business transactional or regulatory compliance is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, impeccable ethics, and a professional business demeanor, and will be adept at networking with key contacts across international markets.
