Vice President, Exchange Traded Funds Basket Services

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its ETF Basket Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing oversight of staff engaged in various basket services for assigned clients, including the preparation of Portfolio Composition Files, order processing for creation and redemption, and managing settlement arrangements. This role also involves maintaining client relationships, ensuring the accuracy of financial disclosures, and staying abreast of regulatory changes that may impact basket services practices. The Vice President will be expected to lead a team, manage incidents, and support new product launches and implementations. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with a preference for those with experience in a Big 4 accounting firm. A minimum of 5 years' experience in transfer agency, ETF operations, or related post-trade functions is required, along with a proven track record of leading managers and multi-disciplinary operations teams. The role demands exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to recruit, motivate, and develop staff. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, have a strong understanding of financial regulations, and be capable of representing the operations in various forums.
