The role also involves offering legal support for tenancy law matters, particularly those related to commercial real estate and location issues, and participating in projects to enhance legal processes and standards. Applicants for the Senior Legal Counsel position at the company should have a law degree with a minimum of two satisfactory state exams, and a background in a commercial law firm or the legal department of an international company. A strong knowledge of commercial law, experience in corporate housekeeping, and ideally, commercial tenancy law, is required.
