The Company is in search of dedicated individuals to join its Board of Directors. This volunteer role is pivotal in setting the organization's vision and strategic priorities. Board members are expected to attend regular meetings, the Annual General Meeting, and the Strategic Retreat, as well as contribute to at least one standing committee. The ideal candidate for the Board of Directors at the company is someone who is passionate about community involvement, particularly in the areas of legal, human resources, community and government relations, and fundraising. The role requires a commitment to the values of equity, diversity, and inclusion, and the ability to champion these principles. Strategic thinking, alliance building, and a capacity to support the organization's ambitious objectives are also essential. Candidates for the Board of Directors should be prepared to integrate the company's activities into their schedules and be proactive in supporting the organization's mission.
