The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in retail operations, particularly in the areas of food, fuel, liquor, home and building, or agriculture. The CEO will be responsible for partnering with the Board to develop and implement a clear, purpose-driven strategy, leading and aligning teams across multiple locations, and ensuring the organization's financial health through sound budgeting and growth opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with local Indigenous communities, as well as fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and community commitment, are also key aspects of the role. This role requires a leader with 7-10 years' of experience, a reputation for integrity and trustworthiness, and a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, be adept at overseeing operating budgets and processes, and be dedicated to enhancing the member and customer experience. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and a diverse Senior Leadership Team, and will be expected to champion the company's brand and values both internally and externally.
