The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and direction for the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and operation of the organization, ensuring the effective delivery of programs that support the mission and goals. This role involves maintaining an environment that fosters youth development, establishing and monitoring policies and procedures, and implementing programs that have a positive impact on the community. The CEO will also be tasked with resource development, including budgeting, fundraising, and partnership development, as well as managing staff and ensuring the organization's technology and resources are up to date. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or social services, and a minimum of 4 years' related experience, with at least 4 years' in a supervisory role. The role requires a candidate with a thorough knowledge of nonprofit management, resource development, and a proven ability to lead and make decisions. Strong communication skills, the ability to build effective relationships, and a basic understanding of asset management are essential. The CEO must be able to work with the community, be sensitive to its culture, and comply with all safety policies and procedures. The position demands a leader who can exemplify adult behavior as a role model to youth and is committed to providing planned opportunities for them to enhance their personal and cultural identity.
