President

The Company is seeking a President to lead its independent, interdenominational Christian school. The successful candidate will be a spiritually grounded Christian leader, deeply committed to the school's mission of being a Christ-centered academic community. This role is not about rescue or reinvention but about honoring the school's strong foundation and helping it move forward with wisdom, clarity, and faithfulness. The President will be a steward of the school's mission and culture, ensuring that Christ remains at the center, and will be responsible for the strategic and innovative leadership necessary to maintain the school's academic excellence and responsiveness in a changing educational landscape. Key qualifications for the President include being a present and relational leader, a strategic and innovative thinker, and a leader who trusts and develops people. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative board partner, ready to belong to the school and the community, and will approach fundraising as an extension of relationships and mission. The role involves connecting various aspects of the school, from academics to finances, and requires a leader who can tell the story of the lives being shaped at the school, build lasting trust with donors, and invite meaningful investment in the school's future. The President will also be expected to be a relational fundraiser and storyteller, seeing fundraising as an extension of relationships and mission, and will work closely with the Board to ensure the school's continued success.
