Associate Vice President, Assistant Relationship Manager Greater Fort Worth, TX Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Assistant Relationship Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sound and profitable lending solutions to commercial customers, with a focus on maintaining a full-service banking atmosphere. This role involves daily contact with customers, bank management, and various personnel to ensure that customer needs are met. Key responsibilities include working directly with commercial lenders on advanced credit matters, financial reporting, and covenant monitoring, as well as analyzing financials, preparing loan memos, and ensuring the alignment of closing documents with approved terms. Applicants for this position should have a four-year business degree with an emphasis on accounting and/or finance, and at least one year of credit analyst experience in a financial institution. Formal credit training is preferred. The role requires a strong understanding of commercial lending laws, regulations, and procedures, as well as experience in credit and/or collections. The ideal candidate will have excellent documentation, underwriting, and business development skills, and must be able to analyze financial statements and communicate effectively. Good communication, interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of all bank services are also essential for this position.
