Executive Director, Capital Planning & Construction Greater Fort Worth, TX Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Capital Planning & Construction to lead campus planning, capital development, renovations, and long-range facility planning. The role oversees the capital and local project portfolio from initiation through occupancy, aligning projects with strategic priorities, budgets, schedules, and campus standards. Responsibilities include identifying facility needs with leadership and departments, recommending investments, supporting capital budgets and implementation plans, and coordinating with a third-party program management team. The Executive Director also monitors project performance, helps resolve issues, and communicates project information to senior leadership. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with at least 10 years of related experience. The role requires experience managing multiple large, cross-functional projects or teams and influencing senior leaders and key stakeholders. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt under pressure. Candidates must also handle sensitive information discreetly and understand the importance of protecting critical infrastructure.
