Leadership Board Member Greater Fort Worth, TX Area

The Company is seeking volunteer Leadership Board Members to support the launch and ongoing operation of a local program. Members will advise the program director, help recruit and onboard staff and volunteers, secure and prepare facilities and transportation, coordinate logistics and school communications, lead fundraising and financial oversight, and ensure public messaging is clear. Board members will also help complete pre-launch activities, participate in scheduled meetings, and support the program through prayer and active fundraising. Candidates should demonstrate mature Christian faith aligned with the program’s stated beliefs, active participation in a local church with compatible doctrine, and a record of commitment and practical ability to get things done. The board should include at least three members and no more than nine, represent at least three churches and a range of community backgrounds, and assign responsibility for each of the five operational areas. Members must complete role-specific training and periodic background and child-safety training, provide a local church leader as a reference, and commit to at least one year of service. Board members may not hold paid positions within the program while serving.
