This senior technical leader will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling modern quality engineering practices that support the organization's technology group. The role involves providing strategic and operational leadership in quality engineering functions, with a focus on embedding quality into every stage of the software development lifecycle and enabling rapid innovation. The successful candidate will partner closely with engineering, product management, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders to establish quality standards, drive test automation, and ensure customer trust in the company's platforms and services. Candidates for the VP of Quality Engineering position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in software engineering and quality assurance.
