The ideal CEO for the company will be a visible and energetic leader with senior executive experience, strong financial management skills, and a proven track record in PR, brand building, and advocacy. They should be adept at networking and building sponsorship relationships, and have a history of fostering healthy workplace cultures. Empathy and an understanding of working with volunteers are essential, as is a current driver's license. Experience in logistics, community transport, aged care, disability services, or the not-for-profit sector is highly regarded.
