Executive Director, Foundation Greater Green Bay, WI Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and directing the Foundation's activities, with a focus on cultivating community relationships and philanthropic support to enhance the mission and vision of the College. This role involves developing and executing the Foundation's strategic plan, as well as leading fundraising initiatives and managing an array of major gift and partnership prospects. The Executive Director will also oversee the Foundation's scholarship program, ensure compliance with financial and governance standards, and represent the College at various community events. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a graduate degree or additional training in resource development, advancement, or marketing. A minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in fundraising is required, along with a proven track record of success in soliciting and closing donations. The ideal candidate will be a community-oriented self-starter with excellent communication, public relations, and organizational skills. They should be able to work effectively with diverse leaders and staff, and have the ability to manage projects, lead teams, and operate with a high level of professionalism. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel are also necessary for this role.
