General Manager, Manufacturing

The Company is seeking a General Manager for its manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a builder mindset, motivated to take full ownership of the operation and drive it to success. This role requires a disciplined approach to the fundamentals of manufacturing, with a focus on continuous improvement and a strong command of P&L management. The General Manager will be responsible for leading all manufacturing operations across multiple sites, assessing and rebalancing production processes to increase throughput, and building a culture of accountability and support for continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include standardizing procedures, safety practices, and quality across sites, owning safety and quality performance, and coaching and developing a capable production team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in evaluating and improving production processes, as well as the ability to lead in areas such as quality, safety, purchasing, and raw material sourcing. A background in defense or aerospace manufacturing, with experience in cybersecurity, export control, and document-handling requirements, is preferred. The role demands a change leader who is KPI-driven, data-oriented, and can bring structure and consistency to a team ready to grow.
