Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer / Integrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a discerning executive with a proven track record in a high-standard professional services environment. Key responsibilities for this role include building a strong partnership with the Visionary, leading the Executive Leadership Team, and driving the company's strategic priorities into clear, measurable execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening cross-functional alignment, leading high-priority initiatives, and championing the use of AI and technology to enhance business operations. This role demands a leader who is polished, self-aware, disciplined, and empowering, with the ability to grow and develop leaders and ensure the company's functions effectively support its performance. The COO / Integrator will also be tasked with identifying opportunities to improve operating performance, scalability, and profitability, as well as owning the P&L and leading the finance function. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of senior leadership experience, a background in scaling a business, and a strong understanding of professional services. Experience in site selection, economic development, or a related advisory field is desired, as is a background in working with an owner, founder, or Visionary.
