The Company is seeking a Head of Labor Relations to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of employee relations within an international industrial group. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified lawyer with a focus on employment law, or a specialist lawyer in employment law, and will have a strong background in labor and collective bargaining law, particularly in the German context. This strategic position involves managing complex negotiation and consultation processes, supporting restructuring and transformation projects, and ensuring successful collaboration with employee representatives and trade unions. The role also requires the management of labor law issues in the context of M&A transactions and the professional leadership of local HR and labor relations teams across multiple countries. Applicants for the Head of Labor Relations role at the company should have several years of management and practical experience in labor relations, employee relations, or employment law within an internationally oriented industrial environment. In-depth knowledge of individual and collective employment law, experience in multinational matrix organizations, and a proven track record in restructurings and transformation projects are essential. The role demands an individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a confident demeanor at the management level, and the ability to think strategically while implementing pragmatic solutions.
