Head of Production, Furniture

The Company is seeking a Head of Production to lead and optimize a large-scale furniture manufacturing operation. The role oversees the full production process, from woodworking and machining through upholstery, finishing, assembly, and packaging, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with planning, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to deliver on time and meet customer expectations. Responsibilities also include driving Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, improving productivity and material utilization, reducing costs, and developing a culture of accountability and operational excellence. Candidates should have at least 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including significant experience in furniture manufacturing and leading large facilities with workforces of 500 or more. They should bring broad knowledge of furniture production processes and experience supporting export-focused operations serving international customers. A demonstrated record of improving productivity, quality, cost, and operational efficiency is required. Experience leading manufacturing transformation, Lean implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives is also essential.
