Vice President, Credit Research Analyst

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Credit Research Analyst to join their global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth fundamental credit research on corporate issuers, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves analyzing various financial and business metrics, developing financial models, and generating independent investment recommendations. The candidate will also be expected to monitor portfolio holdings, identify emerging risks, and communicate investment views to portfolio managers and research colleagues. A key aspect of the role is the ability to influence investment decisions through differentiated research and a strong understanding of credit markets. Applicants for the Vice President, Credit Research Analyst position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience in corporate credit research, investing, or related fields. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, with proficiency in Spanish and Japanese being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independently covering sectors, developing financial models, and making informed judgments about credit risk and valuation. A strong academic background, including an MBA, and a CFA and/or CMA designation are preferred. The role demands a high level of intellectual curiosity, commercial judgment, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work closely with global teams and contribute to the company's investment process.
