Senior Vice President, Cross Border Banking, Senior Relationship Manager

The Company is seeking a senior relationship manager to develop and grow a portfolio of clients operating between the United States and Greater China, with a focus on cross-border opportunities. Responsibilities include originating new business, deepening client relationships, and advising clients on tailored lending, treasury, and other banking solutions. The role also oversees underwriting and forecasting for loan transactions, supports the structuring and execution of complex deals, and contributes to business and financial production goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and serve as a trusted client advisor and source of market expertise. Candidates should have at least 15 years of cross-border and international banking experience, strong business development and origination capabilities, and solid credit and underwriting fundamentals. Deep knowledge of corporate finance, commercial and industrial lending, and cross-border banking is required, along with an established professional network and the ability to work independently. Mandarin proficiency is required.
