Senior Vice President of Operations

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Operations to take on a pivotal role in leading the Payer vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic oversight of various key areas, including patient access, out-of-state Medicaid billing, insurance denials and management, and workers' compensation. This executive will be tasked with providing mentorship to service area leaders, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and financial goals. Key responsibilities for the role include leading the assigned operations to guarantee quality service, strong financial performance, and the fulfillment of client commitments. The SVP will also be expected to mentor and develop leaders, manage budgets, forecasts, staffing, and performance targets, and improve workflows and productivity through process enhancements and technology. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Operations position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and have at least 10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, including a minimum of 5 years in executive leadership. The role requires a strong knowledge of the specific areas within the Payer vertical, as well as a proven track record in managing financial results, developing leaders, and overseeing geographically dispersed teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client relationship skills, and have experience with revenue cycle technology, automation, and operational improvement. The position demands a high level of commitment, with the potential for up to 50% travel, and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
