Assistant Vice President, Agency Lending, Collateral & Settlements Greater Hyderabad, India Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President to manage agency lending, collateral, and settlements operations. Responsibilities include overseeing high-volume securities loan and return processing, settlements, collateral activity, reconciliations, and issue resolution while ensuring service, risk, and control measures are met. The role leads a large, multi-location team, monitors daily workflows and escalations, and collaborates with traders, clients, counterparties, and internal partners. The successful candidate will identify operational risks, strengthen controls and resiliency, coach team members, and drive process improvements and transformation initiatives. Candidates should have at least 12 years of relevant experience, including substantial securities lending experience and a record of managing teams of more than 20 people across locations. Deep knowledge of securities lending, mark-to-market, corporate actions, settlements, and collateral management is required, along with strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, risk management, and process-improvement skills. A bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent is required. Demonstrable intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with relevant settlement, market, and securities-finance systems are also expected.
