The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the India Europe Wholesale KYC renewal organization, ensuring high-quality Know Your Client renewals and onboarding. This leadership role demands a strategic approach to performance, risk, and controls, as well as strong people leadership across multiple locations. The Executive Director will be tasked with driving day-to-day execution, strengthening governance, and continuously improving the operating model to enhance productivity and client outcomes. A key aspect of the role is to partner with front and middle office stakeholders to deliver consistent onboarding and renewal experiences, while also advancing digitization and automation initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience in financial services operations, program management, transformation, or client experience disciplines. A proven track record in KYC and AML operations within a strong control framework is essential, as is a strong understanding of financial markets and products. The role requires demonstrated experience in leading teams, complex operational delivery, and a focus on controls, risk mitigation, and efficiency. Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a background in identifying opportunities for AI and automation integration and experience in leading teams through the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve operational outcomes.
