Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in private assets accounting or operations, with a proven track record in automation or process improvement. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics, and a professional accounting designation is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep technical and operational knowledge, curiosity, a transformational mindset, and a global perspective.
