Vice President, IAM End User Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of IAM End User Operations to lead the team responsible for secure, reliable identity and access services across the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing identity lifecycle management, access provisioning and reviews, self-service workflows, and password management, while improving automation and integration with IT service management processes. The role will establish service standards and performance measures, lead incident response and root-cause analysis, and ensure operational readiness and scalability in partnership with technology, security, and business stakeholders. The VP will also advance compliance, user training, continuous improvement, and the adoption of identity security best practices. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. At least 10 years of IT experience, including eight or more years focused on IAM operations and end-user services management, is required, along with experience leading IAM service delivery teams. Applicants should bring strong knowledge of identity lifecycle processes, access governance, authentication, identity protocols, cloud and hybrid IAM, and automation and DevSecOps practices. Experience with relevant IAM platforms and regulatory frameworks is important, as are executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and a commitment to customer service; industry certifications and experience in regulated sectors are desirable.
