Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead day-to-day execution and partner with the founder to translate business objectives into operating priorities. The role directs deal execution, marketing, and operational teams, monitors performance and risks, and serves as a decision-making resource for routine and cross-functional issues. The COO oversees the full client engagement lifecycle, coordinates staffing and team capacity, and establishes consistent workflows, documentation, and communication standards. The position also guides finance, people management, systems, and process improvement to support sustainable growth and a high-quality client experience. Candidates should have senior executive experience leading business operations, preferably as a COO or in an equivalent role, and a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, transaction management, or advisory services. They should be skilled at translating strategy into measurable operating plans and overseeing multiple functions, including operations, finance, team leadership, and process development. The role requires experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced services environment and improving procedures and workflows. Strong judgment, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to serve as a trusted second-in-command.
