Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead a rapidly expanding, multi-outlet food and beverage business. The role oversees day-to-day store operations, new openings, kitchen production, quality standards, and customer experience across a large network. Responsibilities include improving operational processes, monitoring financial performance, managing point-of-sale systems, and ensuring consistent service and product quality. The VP will lead recruitment, training, and area supervision while coordinating expansion and operational priorities across teams. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in food and beverage operations, including managing multi-outlet businesses through rapid growth. They should bring hands-on expertise in store operations and kitchen production, familiarity with Indonesian consumer markets, and experience improving retail customer experience and managing point-of-sale systems. Strong people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, while experience with profit-and-loss oversight is desirable. Professional working proficiency in English is required; experience in coffee retail operations is required for roles focused on that area.
