Chief Operating Officer (COO) Greater Jammu, India Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the direct, coordinate, and development of all operational aspects within the group. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the creation and delivery of the group's products and services, as well as contributing to the development of corporate personnel, financial performance, and organization expansion policies. This role is key to ensuring that all activities are in compliance with the overall corporate objectives, strategies, and plans, and the COO will be responsible for the overall P&L of the business unit. Key responsibilities for the COO include jointly leading with regional heads to formulate and execute growth strategies, building robust sales and business development strategies, and nurturing the right partnerships to enhance the global business ecosystem. The role also involves conducting senior leadership meetings on strategic matters, understanding the business unit's vision, and building functions that align with the company's existing and future business. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing challenging situations, making high-quality investment decisions, and working closely with the Board of Directors on budget preparation and risk analysis. Additionally, the COO will be expected to provide constant feedback to various departments, keep the business relevant by interpreting market trends, and lead M&A activities for business growth.
