The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Software Engineering to lead the strategy, delivery, and operational performance of technology platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the modernization and cloud migration of fixed-income technology platforms and services, with a focus on mission-critical production, cloud adoption, platform resilience, security, and engineering excellence. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in large-scale software engineering, deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, and experience in managing global teams.
