The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and Digital Workflow, Automation & AI focus areas, with a strong emphasis on technology-enabled change in the fund administration and alternative asset management sectors. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in delivering large-scale technology, data, or platform initiatives, and a deep understanding of private assets processes and the supporting platform estate. The EVP will be accountable for the delivery standards across the Strategic Operations group, setting priorities for the technology-enabled change agenda, and ensuring that the business analysis and implementation disciplines are of the highest quality. Applicants must have 12-15 years' of experience in a related financial services environment, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and advanced computer skills. The role requires a leader with strong governance experience, the ability to sponsor automation and AI opportunities, and a talent for building and developing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a transformational mindset, a global perspective, and a commitment to shaping the future of the organization.
