The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating and leading a diverse range of services, including applications, SAP, customer experience, business process services, and data, into a cohesive and market-facing business. This executive role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in the technology consulting, IT services, or digital transformation industry, and a deep understanding of enterprise applications, platforms, data, and digital transformation. The Managing Director will be tasked with defining and executing a comprehensive portfolio strategy, driving commercial and P&L leadership, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Key responsibilities include portfolio and offering leadership, go-to-market and client leadership, and the development of a strong partner ecosystem. Candidates for this role should have 15-20 years' of experience, with a significant background in executive leadership and a successful history of managing a large, complex services portfolio.
