The Company is seeking a Vice President of Pathology to lead an international team of pathologists and act as a medical director for one of its sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing the company's network in the global pathology community, optimizing pathology-related processes, and guiding teams in assay development and validation. This role also involves supporting project management, business development, and clients, as well as the evaluation of clinical trial specimens and the training of external pathologists in the interpretation of novel biomarkers. Candidates for the Vice President of Pathology position at the company should be board-certified, with additional training in cytology. Experience in hematopathology, genomics, and a focus on predictive biomarkers in oncology and immunology is highly valued. The role requires excellent knowledge in various laboratory techniques, including IHC, mIF, FISH, and RNA in situ hybridization, as well as experience in digital imaging applications and biomarker evaluation. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, be a team player, and demonstrate a willingness to work in a GCLP environment.
