Key responsibilities include owning and maintaining the integrated portfolio plan, running the working rhythm of the portfolio team, and ensuring that commitments, milestones, and dependencies are effectively managed. The role also involves organizing portfolio governance forums, coordinating agendas and decision packs, and maintaining accurate and concise portfolio information.
