The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Corporate Treasury with a focus on FTP Trading and Hedging. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical and in-depth analysis on NIM, NII, and balance sheet structure to support strategic business decisions. This includes ensuring that the FTP framework and methodology are in line with the region-wide standards and that their implementation is in accordance with the approved framework. The role also involves executing balance sheet hedging and optimization strategies, as well as assisting in asset and liability optimization through the analysis of various banking products. Key responsibilities for this position at the company include promoting the transfer pricing framework, liaising with business desk heads on product pricing and innovation, and assisting with the assessment of interest rate and liquidity risks in the banking book. The role requires the development and production of reports for ALCO, enabling senior management to make informed decisions regarding liquidity and income. The ideal candidate will have experience in mitigating risk through hedge structures, including rate derivatives, and will be involved in managing structural liquidity for the bank. Additionally, the role involves assisting with funding and gapping strategies and reporting to regulatory bodies.
