Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Property Developer

The Company is seeking a Group Chief Executive Officer to lead its property development business and drive its next phase of growth. The CEO will hold full P&L accountability, set long-term strategy, and oversee the development pipeline from land acquisition and feasibility through planning, design, and project delivery. Responsibilities include leading sales and marketing strategy, setting revenue targets, strengthening market positioning, and building relationships with contractors, partners, authorities, investors, and buyers. The role also oversees capital budgeting, project financing, asset valuation, governance, risk management, and sustainable business performance. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage. Applicants need 15–20 years of senior leadership experience, including 8–10 years in a C-suite role within a large-scale property development business. Extensive experience in property development, construction, or infrastructure, along with a record of managing large-scale operations and diverse portfolios, is required. Strong financial, strategic, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is experience working with boards and institutional investors.
