Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its diverse and multi-industry asset portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and driving a cohesive long-term strategy across all business units, with a focus on optimizing operational performance, cash generation, and return on assets. This pivotal role also involves overseeing full P&L, balance sheet health, and disciplined capital allocation, as well as evaluating new ventures and strategic investments. The CEO will be expected to provide operational leadership, build capabilities, and foster a performance-driven culture with a strong emphasis on talent development and succession planning. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with the Board of Directors to ensure rigorous corporate governance and high credibility in engagements with various stakeholders. Candidates for the Group CEO position at the company should have a substantial track record in executive leadership, particularly in a multi-business unit or diversified conglomerate. The role demands a leader with deep expertise in at least one asset-intensive sector, such as property development, construction, infrastructure, energy, or heavy industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of managing full P&L, balance sheets, and large-scale capital deployment, with a focus on improving earnings and operational cash flows. A Bachelor's degree or above is required, and the candidate should be adept at balancing disciplined risk assessment with an entrepreneurial approach, particularly in the context of major developments and infrastructure partnerships.
