The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of its inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership of the hospital, including the oversight of day-to-day operations, financial performance, and the development of a culture that prioritizes compassionate, high-quality patient care. This role involves maintaining financial stability, driving patient census growth, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The CEO will also be tasked with leading program development, implementing operational excellence processes, and fostering an inclusive and respectful environment for both patients and employees. Applicants for the CEO position should ideally hold a Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related healthcare field, although a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience is also considered. A minimum of 5 years' of healthcare management experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior management role, is required. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in hospital operations oversight, budgeting, marketing for volume growth, program development, FTE management, expense control, and regulatory compliance, particularly with Joint Commission and healthcare standards. The CEO must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays, and be committed to empowering and recognizing the achievements of the hospital leadership team and staff.
