Senior Vice President, Credit Card & Prepaid Payments Operations

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead credit card and prepaid payments operations. The role oversees consumer card programs across the full lifecycle, including underwriting, servicing, disputes, fraud, and collections. Responsibilities include improving workflows and governance, developing the operations team, strengthening controls with compliance and risk partners, and working with technology teams on operational requirements and automation. The executive will also manage external program relationships and contribute to the strategy and growth of payments operations. Candidates should have significant leadership experience in credit card, prepaid, or related consumer payments operations, with a strong understanding of card programs, issuing structures, BINs, payment networks, and operational workflows. Practical knowledge of consumer payment regulations and controls, along with experience overseeing fraud, servicing, disputes, or collections, is required. Applicants should demonstrate success leading teams, improving established operations, and working with payment partners and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong communication, judgment, problem-solving, and executive leadership skills are essential; experience in regulated financial services, prepaid partnerships, or payments modernization is an advantage.
